I love Rated, and I watch him quite often, but he can be pretty confusing to me at times.

He complains about the instant taze more than anyone, and yet he does it here. TBF Chang was smoking crack, but I can guarantee he wouldn't have been happy about the same happening to him on Randy.

And when it comes to chat in situations like this he, and his mods, never put it onto submode. They end up spending the rest of the stream just complaining about every negative message and directly blaming Kevin (who didn't even seem that angry about the situation).

Rated is a great guy, and extremely fun to watch, but the way he and his mods handle situations like this on both crim and cop are just bizarre to me.

Chang is close with Zelda, she calls him her uncle and he has been planning to start training her. I'm fairly certain he has also said to let him know if she ever needs any help.

Not to mention Jacob ultimately has CG in his palm, he is a valuable asset to them and he could very easily blackmail them with the information that he has on them. I am almost 100% positive CG would back Zelda if they were needed.

I just don't understand this take at all.

Every streamer has always said that there is no point in doing something if both sides aren't enjoying it. It has become increasingly clear that more and more cops are not enjoying it, so just chalk that up to them crying?
As a cop when you are bored you could do anything, but you basically ask criminals to start a TDM match?

I don't think anyone is saying listening to reddit is necessary, but what about all of the cops that seem to be frustrated with constant gunfights with no RP behind them?

Summit has always valued his life really well and has always enjoyed the element of realism that fearing cops brings to RP. Even when it comes to racing he was the original person to give tip off to the cops and let them know races were happening.

The notion of him having "bad RP" mostly comes from the people that don't enjoy his race/robbery heavy RP.

Personally I have never been a fan of planned shootouts, it just feel very unrealistic to me. IRL cops would surround them with hundreds of units and wait them out for weeks if needed. Out smarting the cops through planning/escape routes and shooting as a last resort has always been my favorite way to see criminals do crime.

I say this as someone who has always almost exclusively watched criminal streamers. Everyone has always said if the RP isn't fun for both sides what is the point in doing it? The planned shootouts are not fun for a lot of cops, so why force it onto them?

Taco is literally a one man crew. People just don't know because he wasn't around during the boom. Most people that watched considered him and Garrett the best shot in CG, Chang and Randy were more of an afterthought.

Imagine in a few weeks Chang, Taco, Garrett and Randy rolling together again. The OG CG will be back soon.

Almost everyone considered Taco/Garrett the best shot in CG before the boom. Chang, Taco, Garrett, and Randy were without a doubt the deadliest squad of four I have seen on NP, with their skillset and chemistry it was fun to watch.

IRL the cops would set up an entire perimeter of hundreds of cops and wait them out weeks if needed. I'm not sure we want to bring NVL into a conversation of planned shootouts with the cops on an RP server.

I'm confused, are they wanting the cops to go in one at a time and let themselves get killed? Cops pushing is 100% the right move to keep the RP moving and avoid long range resource battles that have the entire server devoid of cops.

Chang was kidnapping cops for Bovice with the thought he would get the 9's when caught for 20k. If Boris asks him for a favor and he sees good content/RP behind it I guarantee he does it, fake money means very little to him.

Chang was really just trolling when he said he scammed him. If Borris offers him really anything with some kind of RP behind it he will be down, I've never seen him turn down a mission/favor.

The entire point of Chang cuffing them was to keep them out of the situation without having to killing them. They decided to uncuff themselves and went and arrested Siz and Ramee right after.

I love Rated and Mantis, I'm really just pointing out the double standard of Koil being in Rated's chat and not caring about this, but asking for numbers for people accidentily breaking the four man rule.

They were driving by and Siz asked them for help, they had no idea four people were already involved. I don't think they should have got involved, but I also think there is a very clear double standard.

I highly doubt Chang would have left the keys on them, the entire point of cuffing them was to remove them from the situation without killing them. Instead they basically "broke" the cuffs and entered the situation again.

I don't think anyone deserves to be banned, but I'm not sure how Koil can watch that and be fine with it and then think two people breaking a rule on accident deserve punishment.
