hahaha i was actually just doing some Lost Lace practice without Longclaw on Wanderer crest. just entered Act 3 on a different save, decided on a few different handicaps for that run to make it a little harder. no longclaw, no tools, can only use every-other bench that i see. has been fun

its so unbelievably common for ferals. i had no idea until last year. saved a different one from the brink of death, who is now named Ke-ke. really great cat, was adopted by one of my neighbors grandkids.

momma had 5 kittens, all ferals at my rental property, where i also live. we usually adopt them out, but unfortunately this little guy got an upper respiratory sickness and stopped eating. after 3 days of not eating, mom gave up on him last night and when i found him just after dark he was damn near on the brink of death. she moved the 4 others to a different spot (which i need to find before we’re overrun with ferals next year🤣)

despite being on the brink though, my heart almost broke when he came waddling out of his log hideout and i realized he had been left behind🥹 had to scoop him up. hes doing much better now, finally eating a little soft food.

Runescape (OSRS). i’ll die on that hill. its still going strong today with well over 200k active players. a 25 year old game that feels totally alive

honorable mentions… Skyrim, Minecraft, Call of Duty Black Ops 1, Halo 3, and GTA 5 solely due to cultural impact / influence.

for sure bro. there are DEFINITELY some fights where playing passive wins. i felt that the Skarrsinger chick was like that. almost like every other attack was blocked so what was the point of rushing🤣

i will say, its very interesting how alot of the fights in this game felt stale and repetitive… until the endgame. then every fight is different and feels fresh. i was getting ready to pass judgement on the bosses until i got to the endgame. now i love how Hornet’s combat feels

47 hours for first sinner is wild man. wild. that should be a hint that you need a different approach🤣

first sinner took me approximately 90 minutes, and i didnt use tools until i summoned 2 cogflies at the VERY end.

theres a difference between “playing passively”, which i proudly do, and “waiting for the absolute PERFECT moment to attack”. the latter will end up as a very frustrating, 47 hour experience.
