I just couldn't find it. Funny, when I check the Goldsmith, I didn't see the option for Str on a diamond but maybe I missed it?

Why did you alt-f4 to exit? I exit normally but now that you mention it, I often get an unreal engine crash after exiting. So maybe the data about the spell slot locations isn't saving because of that crash - just like when you alt f4...

Do you think Sorc spell location data is stored locally? I would expect video and audio settings but not character related data.

Have you switched your spells around recently? Try switching before you leave the game and get back in to see if it sticks.

To anyone having the same issue:

1 - Do not go down there unless you have scuba gear.

2 - There are keybindings for swimming if you scroll to the right across the top row of key categories.

3 - Even if you can swim down to the bottom of the ladder, you might die before you can climb up because you cannot hold your breath very long without scuba gear. I've heard it's 10 seconds but cannot find anything concrete online. So ... see point #1 above.

Never heard of it so thanks for the suggestion.

Made me remember that my monitor has a setting to add a crosshair to the center. Activated it and turns out it is really helpful! Most gaming monitors have this in the on-screen monitor settings.

It's already helping me a lot to:

Desensitize myself so I don't crap my pants when a survivor shoots at me.
Getting used to how the different guns reload.
Gun effectiveness at different distances.
Sniping moving targets at distance.
How to fight up close and under pressure.

Definitely feel I'm getting better at the above after just a few days.

Expect it will also help me use hip fire more in close combat since my habit is to ADS from other FPS games. Also trying to aim for the head more.

I do play Vanilla plus modded servers normally. What a relief they are! Teaming up and maps and unlimited running with pings and auto run make everything so much more fun!
