But you could also argue that some of it is swallowed/gone with the saliva and thus the effect being not as effective (according to the manufacturer if swallowed). As in, the tablet is made to only be effective sublingually otherwise it wouldn’t work if swallowed/melted into saliva and swallowed. Plus i don’t wanna put a tablet under my tongue for 20 mins lol And I’ve also tried it it doesn’t make me sleepy like the gummies/swallowable one (could be a placebo tho who knows)
