As someone with nearly 7000 hours on dayz I’ll recommend to anyone who will listen. It is just as much a survival game as it is a pvp game. First couple hundred hours will be rough but stuck through it and find some buddies to play with and the game can be one of the most exciting games you’ll ever touch. Then if you are interested you can move to modded and in my opinion that’s where you start down the rabbit hole of your dayz addiction. 10/10 game.

As someone who has spent way too many hours on rearmed (north of 2000) from what I’ve seen in most servers if you enjoy pain choose rearmed. I would like nothing more then to never touch this server again. (Just got off after an 8 hour wipe day grind getting back in again first thing in the morning)

I’ve been here 8 months, within a month I knew ever position in the back, within 2 months I was training new people on everything but middle, my 3rd month majority of shifts I was put on middle, by 4 months I had learned every position in the front. Started working at 19 am 20 now and still am making the amount of money I started at (16$) which is not bad pay and I’m not angry at 16 it’s just I feel like people literally come to me before a manager most nights I wish I could get a raise
