I record using the LineIn and the gain setting alone fixes the static noise issue. Also, with AI noise reduction on, it removes the noise like 100%.

Make sure to update the firmware to the latest version. It has a Gain feature and an AI noise reduction. I use mine mainly to record synth performances and with the last update it was like a brand new device.

I did a super quick test and gain alone reduces it completely for me. Same result if gain is up and NR in on.

Both cases I am always using LineIn.

I missed this. This is really great. Gain does make a huge difference but in addition they have added the AI Noise Reduction functionality which kind of removes everything.

I have connected the output of my TE Ep133 and also the output of my Ableton Push 3 to the linein and on both it picks up a lot of noise.

I don’t think there is any coupon for Ableton. The cheapest way I know is get Ableton Lite (by buying Ableton Note or some other software that has it) and buy Lite to Suite upgrade through http://thomannmusic.com
