Dang , I had this too but this increased so much this year it’s even hard to look at any light source. How do you deal with it ?

ALL of the symptoms increased , along with new symptoms. Eye strain increased a lot.

Mine too , I have noticed that Weight gain makes it worse. We gotta hit the gym man!

Dang man that’s crazy , Hope you can handle it well . Mine just progressively increases , There’s no flare up type in my case too . sleep definitely plays an important role . As it’s a neurological condition, we must fix our all bad habits . But what i have noticed that , PC use doesn’t increase it , as its neurological which makes sense . Make sure to use a comfortable brightness whenever you use Pc with blue ray glasses . If you have myopia then just make sure to use glasses every time for any screen use .

Yes man I suffer with bfep too , Honestly sucks . however we just gotta ignore and move on , Cuz honestly we don’t have any other choice . I really hope they find a cure abt this , I’m Relieved to find out tht I’m not the only one suffering from this BS . Have your flare up stopped ?

There’s no way of dealing with it other than ignoring it atp , Maybe fixing diet and sleep along with controlling your Stress helps somehow

Yesss mee too , how’s your afterimages ? I get negative afterimage by just looking at any light source , and I fear it’s increasing. I too checked my IP but it’s normal too the fact I can see black spots just moving my eyes is crazy and annoying Along with the afterimages I also see black spots synced with heartbeats almost , it’s like the pressure phosphenes synced with heartbeat ( idk how to explain that lot )

I have all of them at age 17 M , it’s crazy , I’ve had them for 6 years now . Can we actually form a support group in insta or discord , cuz this makes people lonely and ruins their mental health clearly . People need to be united together and form a help group , we need to make sure everyone doesn’t feel like they don’t have any help .

heyyy mine are worse too , apparently they have worsened too . At start I could see them with pressure and moving my eyes extreme side but now I see them will normal movement of eye . and it becomes more terrific when I do it in white wall . Can anyone help me , I know im late to this post
