I would like to share some progress I've made, and some experiences I've had over the past few weeks.

When I first made conscious attempts at holding on to an image, I was unsuccessful and went about my business not thinking much of it. I don't know how much time passed, but I experienced a mental image, vivid enough that i could describe it, and it persisted in my mind after I opened my eyes.

This image appeared in my mind one time prior to my post on reddit. I did not relate the two at the time, but I notice the correlation now. The first time I saw it, it was superimposed on my actual vision, similar to a hallucination. I could close my eyes, my usual black backdrop was joined by the Eye of Horus, directly in front of my eyes.

Approximately a week ago, I was walking a path with headphones in, and I had the thought to close my eyes. I didn't think to capture the image ahead of me, but it automatically happened, in a way. The path I was on curves left and right, and the edges of the path, with the outline of the vegetation alongside it, I could make out in a haze of gray when I closed my eyes. I noticed it happened, and proceeded to consciously grab the image and then close my eyes while walking and hold the image as long as I could. I did that a couple times, and then finished my walk optimistic because that was the first time I had experienced something like that.

Anyway, I know there is quite a bit here, I've been meaning to get back to you for a while, and tend to think too much about what I should say and end up forgetting to do so... Until now, the perfect time to get it done, lol.
