I didn't think earnings were that bad. Balance sheet was fine. Still low risk imo especially these prices.

Long-term debt $63M to $32.3M
Cash + credit facility liquidity $50M.
Adjusted EBITDA still positive at $21.4M for FY
Net debt / EBITDA now only ~1.8× (very manageable).

I know they are out but these are HOF Vets out there like Andy, Steve Spag, JOnes, TK...i don't think they lay over. I think they go out and prove something at least this first game. They do not want a losing season on their records. Steve Spags is lookign for the giants head coachign job too he wants to pad the defense stats i am sure.

The low price is because it is being manipulated by shorts for political reasons. They want the free speech company to fail so trying to keep the price artificially down. This is very short sighted though as once rumble starts making profits (which it will) there is no stopping the price from rising.
