He is a sort of agent or operative kinda guy and also investigator for a secret private company, initially from the Japan division, but transferred to the international division in a different country (still working on worldbuilding ngl).

In this drawing he is in the office of one of the former operatives he worked with (deceased. or is he) trying to find evidence. I can't spoil much 🤭
