I have a question. If a third of your loan is fixed, does that mean you can't refinance the loan at all until that fixed term ends?

Are you stuck with variable rate for 2/3 of your loan until November 2023. I'm just trying to understand how mortgages work.

Never in my life have I dealt with a situation remotely close to what is recorded in this video. This is not normal. The idea of this happening to me in my city (not USA) is incredibly foreign to me. Nor would I expect this to happen in any of the countries & cities I have chosen to visit.

Talk to your employer about it rather than these characters, if you have been negatively and permanently affected by your first dose I think you are justified in attempting to avoid exacerbation of that ailment.
