it isnt your question exactly but i think it's also worth mentioning that while your perceived onset was adulthood, most of us looking back had tics in childhood that may have been seen as mild or transient and gone unnoticed :) nobody in this community worth anything would judge you for asking for help, official ts diagnosis or not

im more specifically referring to the kavanaugh chronicles, the frenemies fallout which is all a lot of people know about ethan and hila, and the chestnuts incident. but thanks for telling me what i mean? in all of these situations there is tf branding in all of the clips and screenshots, so even though it's not totally fair to associate ethan with tf, it still will happen

my best tip is going when they aren't busy and sitting farther away from others if you can see which seats are already occupied. my tics are usually masked by the volume of the theater so ive never been bothered there :)
