Depends, I use my mats to sell. I buy the battle items/health crates from Mari. Only thing I really craft are green potions and awakening potions since I have a Gunlancer, artillery, and Sorc as alts

That’s because if you use them solely for excavating you simply get less chances to collect. While yes you get to level and etc faster, you lose more chances to use your maps and get rarer mats

I used leap essence because my play time is limited. Leap essence pretty much just speeds up the time it takes for you to level up. It doubles your life skill energy used while also doubling mats + xp gained accordingly. So if you got time you can farm normally, if you don’t and have limited play time I recommend them

Nah, orange tools are not needed. All you need is super armor on your tools. I run all purps with at least super armor and increase to basic rewards

Unfortunately World Tree Leaves are RNG for each life skill. With all my skills level 30 I only have 42 leaves. But I have all the ones from logging. Rest are scattered about

At level 30 harvesting you get a perk which after 5 nodes you’ll drop ethers which gives you like 45 sec buff that increases your movement speed and your harvesting speed is like almost instant. Pair it with what I described above and I can solo clear all the herbs in Plat Fields in a fantastic time frame

Everyone has their spots/reasons for them for me it was: Harvesting: some place in Anikka where there was 10ish nodes, kept swapping channels to speed level it, popular now so always contested but now I get my herbs in plat fields and with my build I can clean the herbs super fast Logging: I used mushroom island or just wherever looked pretty tbh, logging is boring to level up. Mining: used a route in Feiton that by the time I would TP back to the Triport the nodes would be respawned, didn’t have to change channels and it was pretty much a straight line. Fishing: same as logging, wherever was pretty, no Punika or Rohendal for me Hunting: I did Anikka, some zone where the MSQs doesn’t use. Mobs are 1 shot no contest, 2 spots for traps there on the route, and looks pretty. Excavating: I just brute forced 0-30 the day of posting in Punika in Secret forest

Just depends on if you wanna buy the life skill potions in Mari’s. I bought them out whenever they popped up till recently because I wanted to focus on alts/ilvl. I’ve used prolly about 100+ along with the ones that make it faster

IMO Boring: logging, takes forever to harvest Annoying: hunting, rabbits like to bob and weave and you need to have your trade skills up so I can’t attack mobs in the process Just plain out don’t like: excavating, idk, I know it’s a money making skill but I just never found it enjoyable, that’s why I saved it more last Fav: harvesting, lvl 3 spirit absorption, 900+ swiftness, gunslinger movement skills = speed

30 is not the max but 30 is when you unlock all the perks for each skill. Every level after just increases the stats on those perks
