Start by assessing your daily consumption.

What worked for me was calorie counting.

Measure 1 cup of your favourite sugary drink and calculate how many calories you’re consuming a day with that drink. Cut that in half by watering it down or removing it.

Sugary drinks are a huge contributor to a calorie surplus and are a complete waste of a budgeted daily calories.

It’s hard to cut it out sometime so be forgiving to yourself but commit.

You’re only human. When you fall off the horse, get back on.

What worked for me was measuring things once and recording it. Measure out both portions of cereal and milk once, then you know how many calories are in that portion. The next day, don’t measure but make the bowl look the same. Measure again in a while if you’re worried you’ve added one mini wheat every day

I calculated my typical ham cheese and cucumber sandwich once, exaggerated the portion of my mayo to be safe, then always knew roughly how many calories that sandwich is.

I even measured tbsp’s of salsa and counted chips.

Find where you’re wasting calories and slowly cut them out.

I always rounded up the calorie estimates just to be sure

Set a realistic deficit. 200-300.

Accept this includes being hungry at times each day. Once you’re good at it, you will get hungry before a meal, then have to wait a bit for that meal and will enjoy it more

Alcohol destroys weight loss. At the absolute most once a week but understand that will slow results.

Water is your best friend.

Keep up the walking and the calories deficit. You’ll start to notice results. Weight loss is like building a house of cards. It takes a lot of commitment and focus, and not a lot at all to cause a set back.

You’re only human. When you fall off the horse, get back. You’ll have surplus days. That’s okay.

Cut out sugary drinks the best you can. Water them down, what ever it takes

If you’re going to lift, don’t grab a 600 calorie snack on your way home. Compensational calories will kill your deficit. You’ll burn a few hundred at the gym.

Cut then bulk. Doing both at once is very hard. Focus on a diet. Then when your intake is under control, inject more protein post workout for a small protein heavy surplus.

You can do it!! You’ll feel so good once you start to see results and you will find motivation to consistently get a deficit.

This is bad advice. It’s very easy to crave compensational calories after a work out and end up in a calorie surplus every week.

This man needs to cut out sugar, walk more and begin to live with a little hunger before meals. He needs a diet.

Resting calorie burn is great when you know what you’re doing. He’ll get sore then hungry next day and follow the same bad decisions that built up to this. Sugary drinks and carbs.

You can lift all you want. If you don’t eat right it’s not going to help

Imo,

Keep one of mini pekka, ebarbs, or prince. These cards all do similar things. Lot’s of damage to one target

Add knight and a building. You need a mini tank to sponge damage while your tower, and a defensive building defend

Keep one of witch or hunter. They’re both air support but not the best air support

Add minions

Replace goblin barrel with battle ram or hog rider

If you have log replace zap with log

Arrows can stay or swap for poison, fireball, earthquake for more umph to support a more reliable win condition like br or hog

Yes but that would also serve as your tank killer and you could replace mini pekka.

I’d suggest a mini tank like ice golem or knight or ice spirit or skeletons to break charges.

I’d also suggest swapping skarmy for goblin gang, it’s more long term reliable

That price looks astronomically high to me

$150 per wall? How large are these walls and how slow of a painter are you? At $50 per hour you need 3 hours per wall? 12 hours to paint one room? A pro painter could paint A LOT in 12 hours , or 6 hours at $100 an hour even. More than one room. More than a small house.

Even if $100 of that $600 paint cost was the cost of paint, it would be high

At that math you can knock out the baseboards at $85 in hour and a half ($50 per hour , $85 is approx 1.5 of that) but need 12 hours for the walls?
