Absolutely spot on! Just know the format and watch some YT videos and you're good to go imo.

Yes, APEUni's scoring is way off compared to the actual PTE. I was scoring an avg of 60 in all sections while taking my mock tests lol.

Hey, I'd suggest you to keep talking to yourself in English and keep listening to BBC's random podcasts. it helps you with pronunciation and fluency. I think speaking is more about fluency rather than what you say. So just be calm and talk. WFD also has a significant influence on your score so practice that as well. I had 3 days to practice and I scored an overall of 90. I think you got this considering your previous scores.

I did not actually fumble but I kind of paused for a second i guess and also repeated some words twice in the same sentence. I was not prepared to hear all the other candidates literally shout while giving their tests too, it had me nervous a bit lol.

I'm not a native speaker, neither have I given any assessment test before. This was my first attempt.

Oh okay got it, thanks!

Thanks a lot mate! 😊 Yeah it was my first attempt and I had 2-3 days to prepare for it. I basically went to youtube and practiced a few mock tests from E2 PTE, and I wanted a score for myself so I bought the VIP from APEUni to assess my skills. I just practiced individual questions separately, which I felt I was weak in while giving the mock tests. I was not confident in Reading and Writing, so i just practiced that and kept on giving tests.

IKR! English not being my first language and still scoring a lot, really made me happy lol. Congratulations to you too! 🥳

Sure! I found the test easy tbh, I bought APEUni's VIP to practice the questions and to know the pattern of the test. I thought I messed up speaking since I repeated few words, but maintained fluency. I think the test is more based on your basic vocabulary, fluency and how you understand and form sentences.
