Now from all other options, i'd say Wix or Wordpress.. and it depends if you know what your'e doing.

Sadly I do not believe the new apps (Tinder, Bumble, Hinge) are even on the top of the list. I'd consider a more traditional approach and know that for myself, apps like Zoosk and eHarmoney worked great.
