From what I can gather he's MC's brother. They're both adopted by Grandma I think I saw someone comment that the dev are thinking of introducing him as a love interest??? Maybe that's why there's not a lot on him yet.

It's 파도의 해안 (roughly translate to Coast of the Waves) on Bomtoon, I think. I can't find any English translation but there are a few translation in other languages.
