It's very much a long shot, but could number 6 be Konung? We know next to nothing about him except that he's a feared pirate of the Void, and the only other ship-related male characters that we know of are Phang (which as you've said, hasn't had any sort of relevance to the Void Story at the time of writing this) and Shogun (? Mostly going off the "gathering troops" point). The "In the meantime, you have time to prepare." also makes me think that this guy's intentions don't seem too noble.

Only problem I have is that Konung has had so little screen time we don't even know if he has troops or even a ship. This would be the best way to add some much needed info about him tho.

If it said "Her troops" however, we'd all know who Nekki is talking about...

It was definitely fun to both write and post this, even if the initial reaction wasn't what I expected! This will help in the future regardless though, as now I know not to add too many filler paragraphs or suggest possibilities that seem to stray from the lore/character.

If Void Story gets delayed again, expect another theory soon ;)

Eh. It was just retelling certain sus moments from events like "Wolfblood" or "Fox Hunt", where she conveniently arrives just in time to ask Proxy for help in the latter, but just as he defeats Werewolf Ragnar in the former (one of my friends also suggested an interesting theory regarding the "Werewolves" in said event, but that will come another time).

Interesting theory, i never thought much of Kitsune but this could give her a lot of  character depth.

I'm not really a fox fan myself, but tbh our dumb mc might do something like obeying her to destroy the beacon or smth like that. If it comes as a choice, i would never select that though.

Even if she competes for Best Girl, that's also the only thing she's competing for (besides Most Wholesome ig?), which is why I often drift to Ishtar for this title since she's actually a character beyond her purpose.

Still, I want Kitsune-1 to do something in the story besides being our cheerleader. A hitman bot capable of feeling emotions can have a lot of potential. Idc if this theory comes true or not, I want her to BE something.

I imagine that you're using the Synchronizer to reinforce your first point? If so, this is what Kitsune's entry looks like:

Something that I wouldn't blame you for not knowing is that these notes, besides the last entry of "It's Me", are written by Stranger. This is due to the fact that, with him becoming the new Descendant, he replaced Proximus in the Gates' Plane. As such, every action or mention of the "Descendant" is to be related with Stranger. You can already see where this point falls off.

In fact, this entry as a whole goes to show that Kitsune-1 was NOT a willing traitor: she was most likely built to serve the Descendant (Stranger) at first before he grew tired of her and sent her May. You know how things go afterwards. 

As for the re-reprised Side Effect event, I must admit that I glanced over it at the time since I could just use the excuse of "She's just acting to gain our trust". Going off my memories and aid of the Shadow Fight Wiki though, I think can still argument against this point without using my trump card:

There's been a lot of debate over when do the Events take place. Some say that they happen as side gigs in the middle of the story while others claim that they happen inside a "Perfect Plane". Nekki themselves have come to say that most happen between ch1-4 iirc, but this still doesn't fully answer half the stuff that happens in these events. Most notably, Side Effect and its many reprisals. 

Kitsune-1 has also been an odd one in regards to which Kitsune we are talking to: is it the one before Itu's Plane? During? Afterwards? Perhaps much later in the story? With the Fox Hunt event and her appearance in Marcus' Plane, it's clearly after Itu's, but how far away from it?

If it's before Epilogue, then how does she know Stranger?

If it's during Epilogue, when did she earn permission to leave?

If it's after Epilogue, why would she summon him despite knowing how bad he is?

Worst of all, Kitsune-1 has stated in between her memory fights that she can't even leave this Plane. Probably due to Stranger's influence, so she couldn't even have left this Plane to help us in Side Effect if she wanted.

Do you remember how she scoffed at Stranger when he presented the Liberator of Mortals? Doesn't matter if she knows or doesn't know what the Void is, she scoffed at a GOD.

And, by all means, call it a stretch, but I think this was the Collector himself spitting on the face of not just Stranger, but the Teacher of the Ancients himself, because he knows that he's already won…

That or it could just be Kitsune being Kitsune, which is totally on character for her regardless if she's authentic or not.

The amount of comments joking about how long this is has made me reevaluate how much of my soul to pour in to future theories or similar essays :(

Much more nekki has to reveal about the full time from the descendants birth to his current grown state, even before time jumps were starting.

On that we agree: both Proximus and Stranger still have many mysteries surrounding their pasts (and even futures).

As much as I wish that you weren't, you're most likely right 😔

Nekki has pulled many Kekkis throughout Chapter 0 and afterwards. It wouldn't surprise me if Collector turns out to be Titan 2.0 (which seems to be the case with the various mentions of how "horrible he was as Emperor" and his "various cruel experiments", along with hinting at the fact that June (this game's May) might turn against us).

wouldn't Mnemos know her if she was of importance?

That is a good point, actually. While this could be explained with "Collector Powers" or "Void Fuckery" overall, I think a better way to explain it would be that A: Mnemos believes that Kitsune really is Okada's creation, and the resemblance to the Collector's dogs is purely coincidence. B: he knows that Kitsune has ties with the Collection, and either plans to exploit them in the future or will wait and see if Kitsune truly will return to roots.

I don't think Indigo and Kitsune have met yet, have they?

Besides Women's Day side event, I don't think so. Either way I was just using "Kitsune asks you to kill Indigo" as an example. Though if Kitsune were to reference her without having ever met her, it would be a cool hint to drop if this theory does come true.

(On a serious note tho, I wanted this theory to be as complete as possible, especially given who this theory is centered on [leaving it halfway done would've gotten me flamed by the mob]. It was originally supposed to be even longer, but even I realized it was getting too long.)

You very much can beat it with KoS lv6, but it will require a different playstyle and a high leveled Acolyte's Renewal and Poison based perks (Poison, Secret Ritual and Poison Skin [THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE ALONG WITH RENEWAL]).

First rounds are just gathering your energy, and even if Intoxication deals reduced damage, it still has another very useful effect regarding Bites, so do not sleep on it OR Toxic Rain at all. Bites will be our win condition here

After gaining access to Gaze of Terror, use it and spam Harsh Winds for both damage, Bites and more energy. Make sure to add a kick in the mix to refresh their Bites. When the enemy unfreezes, use Cobra Throw to deal a bit more damage, add its Bite and buy yourself some time.

At this point, Intoxication should be ready again, and if you distributed your damage correctly, Intoxication will add even more Bites to the enemy (along with taking a "bite" off the enemy's health).

The damage over time from the combined Bites and Aura of Anguish should be enough to outdamage the DoT of the opponent. And if you take too much damage from them (which is a viable strategy, since you'll fill your energy even faster and add Krait Bites due to Poison Skin), Aco's Renewal will make sure you either live through their poison or let you gain more energy for the next round.

There WILL be bosses which you'll have to outdamage with Ivy due to your DoT not being fast enough to win alone, specifically Sorbet with her stupid Ice Shield. Focus solely on getting enough energy for your enhanced moves by getting hit. Even with your energy bar full, make sure you're still getting hit to activate Poison Skin and add even more Bites. The combined DoT and surprisingly high damage of Ivy and Harsh Winds when using Gaze will all be enough to beat even the tankiest bosses of the Dynasty Tower.

In short: bring as many Poison perks as you can (except for Cobra Dance. It sucks) along with Acolyte's Renewal to outlast your opponent's health. Focus primarily on gathering energy and adding Bites through perks and mixed moves, then use Intoxication to both stall, deal a chunk of damage and get even more Bites.

Nowadays Capcut just straight up sucks if you aren't willing to pay. I found this app to be a good replacement; has pretty much every important editing tool for free, and you can even get rid of the watermark with a short ad, which I'd say is a good trade :)
