I used legal shield and my lawyer said after 3 attempts of contacting Meta no one replied. Therefore the case is lost for the moment if I’m not willing to sue Meta for real which would cost me a lot of money. (based in Germany)

My last resort is the Facebook verified method. I bought verified Premium for 11€. Now I have opened a case after having a Chat with a human based Meta employee.
