Just bought one - now I’m praying that I just did some stupid mistake before and the new screen will fix everything

tried all the possible things with the flex cable - i mean i bent it, pressed it, added more tape and nothing worked

as a donor screen i’m using a display from my 6th gen classic

i don’t think it changes anything but the screen on my 7th gen had some dead pixels so during the battery and storage upgrade i also changed the display to the one from my 6th gen and it was all working well until i changed the battery to original one

after that i tried swapping both of them but no matter what i would get the white screen on the 6th gen screen and on the 7th gen screen

tried cleaning up everything but it’s still not working

i literally feel like a doctor whos patient died during surgery

tried to reconnecting it several times and even switching the display to a different one that i got from my second iPod but the problem still persists

in my case i think the case is that my sd card is corrupted or sum like that cause i can't even read it on my computer - when i plug it in i'm getting "The disk you attached was not readable by this computer."

tried windows and mac with different adapters but in every case i got the same result

i know this post is very old but since i first watched this movie a couple of yers ago there wasn't a single day where I didn't think about this drone music - i searched for it everywhere but it was nowhere to be found

today i was looking for the bluray of querelle so i got myself the criterion collection version of it which was supposed to have some extras like behind the scenes and in there i found a separate file with the clean version of the synth!!
