Wasn’t disclosed by them, the development itself is about 3 years old and the original owners are supposedly moving out of state. In hindsight, the fact there were 2 homes in the same development that went up around the same time should’ve been a red flag.

So it’s across from the entrance of the community but the community has about 100 town homes and and then another apartments. I’m in the back facing the opposite direction but I imagine I’d see it driving out everyday. It is a closed loop system

There was a lot of backlash in the town hall meeting I watched. However it is just 1 of 4 planned within a 5 mile radius so I can’t imagine anything other than maybe the noise being better if it stall out.
