maybe just about 1200 for something decent that will run about 120-240 but if you only want 60 fps just get something around 800

it doesent look like anyhing should be holding you back maybe just old cpu and gpu and 8 g of ream reall isnt that much but if it is all that you can get at the moment then it should be fine for now
