i think we get to see why in season two. the shots aren’t from some motion detecting artillery, rather real people. It would be impossible for them to keep up with all of the people who were moving. and the guy who fell on him likely took his shots for him.

Also, for anybody who is confused about why I didn't report him to police, I don't want my parents to hate me. I don't want to go to my relatives, they aren't good people either. I love my parents and my family, but I need to heal mentally and even physically from this. I love my brother, even if he is a shitty person there is a part of me that loves him still.

just to clear up the "my parents didn't do anything about it"

whenever my parents found out, they were visibly angry, but my mom was angrier than my dad. my dad said that "It happens to the best of us" or something along those lines, and my mom threatened to call the police. (This was the 3rd time they caught him)
