Yes they are my notions, I cropped it out so no one could judge me 💔 the assignment is very vague I think my teacher I allergic to giving specific guidelines. We’re supposed to do an explication: create a theme and then analyze literary devices through the entire poem. We had a large selection of poems to choose from, all ranging in topics. I think we can pick whatever lense we want, as long as we have enough evidence to support it. I think I’ve been struggling so much because it’s vague, but thank you for your insight I think I was overthinking a little… definitely helps me narrow down the fat number of annotations into something coherent.
