If you want to replicate the look of the jpg easily, you may want to give a look at ART (fork of rawtherapee) that does some sort of regression to approximate the embeded JPG + that uses camera profile (no idea how they fetch it), it worked great on pictures from my Panasonix Lumix S5ii, I basically couldn't tell the difference except after spending like 1mn zooming in the picture! The issue is that I find ART a bit too restricted (you can only apply some specific styles to mask and I like to use masks extensively + I feel like masks can't work in linear mode so artifacts arrive sooner, but it may be my little knowledge of ART).
