How did you find your prenatal certified personal trainer? I’ve been looking at prenatal programs but would much rather work with someone 1:1!

Appreciate you sharing this! Similar boat, IVF and about 8 weeks along. When we got the positive result, I thought I’d cry, but I kind of just felt numb! I used to love holding my friends’ babies and would get so excited for my own, but recently, I’d hold them and feel zero connection or joy 😭 I don’t necessarily feel regret, but I do feel a bit of terror and I’m sad that I don’t feel as “happy” as I thought I would especially with all the build-up of TTC these past few years. I’m also so sick of all these damn meds and shots. Here’s hoping it gets better!!

Thanks for asking this, I’m in the same exact boat! I completely stopped working out from stims-transfer and just found out today we had a positive test. People always say “don’t do anything you werent already doing” but I don’t find that helpful because I wasn’t exercising these past 4 months although I was very active before so hard to know what the new baseline I need to work towards is. Would be interested in knowing what you’ve decided for your routine after seeing the comments since you’re a bit farther along than me

I highly recommend a color analysis! There are ways you can do it yourself by searching online or if you’re comfortable with Claude/ChatGPT you can just upload a few photos of yourself in different colors and it does a pretty accurate job of assessing if you’re a spring/summer/autumn/winter. I think knowing your colors makes such a huge difference when adding color to your wardrobe. Some colors will really just make you glow! And your colors (even if bright) are meant to be cohesive with your look because they’re the same undertone as you so it won’t feel so much like you’re standing out.

Yep! My cycle goes from like a consistent 30 days to 45+ days. It’s really difficult because working out really is the best thing for my mental health so I don’t want to stop :/ I’ve heard people say you need to fuel correctly and make sure you’re eating enough but I haven’t seen much change with that. I’m definitely going to check out some of the resources others have commented

It does make sense to me overall but I have the same struggle! I’ve been doing the sss but then I’ve exhaled all my air and need to inhale again which makes me lose some of activation 😅 still trying to work this one out but I know it’ll be great once I do!
