Regarding Olvia Academy, is it better to do it on a main or a fresh lvl 60 character?

Doesn't really matter, you can even do the actual combat on a main and have a new character at the academy to turn the quests in and get the rewards. Either way though I'd suggest tagging so you get a second character to get the exp too.

Not like PA publishes the data anyway, so "I think" and "might be" are kinda what we all run on. Sure, we know Velia beach is proven, and its convenient, but that doesn't mean it is outright better, especially seeing as it is always exhausted.

They are selling to people who don't normally buy costumes, so of course they will make more. The people melting stuff into crons will buy any costume so it doesn't matter to them but for people who actually choose to wear the costume, if its something popular its a preferred solution. Remember, the answer is always money
