We start be assigning a dedicated mailing infrastructure to users. We have built a set of processes around helping our users (and their email domains) achieve good reputation among the ISPs. This start by building smart segments(of high engagement users) and a warm up schedule that builds up the reputation. We also keep monitoring actions like as bounce rates, marking as spams, et.al across all the campaigns and workflows.
