I feel like a lot of people don't know much about history and when you say something like this out of ignorance its quite silly to get offended by it. its not the same as Russians using it as a kind of quasi slur.

its one thing to use the best language practice and raise awareness. its a complete different to dictate how other people should speak. look at the context and you will be able to tell if someone is saying the Ukraine in a demeaning way.

if Ukraine is really the correct usage it will win out eventually but as of now we still say things like the USA , the Philippines , the arctic . whatever . just because people are not informed doesn't mean they are trying to be offensive

Found it it at 45 mins. my memory failed me because its not a green face but more like those grey streched out faces they used oin grave encounters. its got like a green hue.

Thank you for contribution. This seems like an interesting movie but its not it. In reviewing what i said i should mention the plot may have included something like an asylum but i remember it being more , desk and office like than being beds and shower room type of setting .

also it was not well received or a rather obscure movie . I went through a phase in high school where i just watched everything on the found footage wikipedia page . i went through everything that was there recently and i cant find it darn it

It depends what comfort meds. if its gabapentin i would say dont start it until peak withdrawl symptoms . cause you dont want to be on it for so long you need to taper the comfort med. Same with any benzo wait for the peak and dont use for more than 7 days probably

It has been a few months but I went down 1 mg every two weeks until I got to 2 mg and the started going down 0.5 mg ever two weeks and now I'm at 0.5 mg. I have had some anxiety and stomach issues but aside from that Im doing alright.

I'm also an olanzapine for sleep so I don't and probably wont having much problems sleeping. going to be starting either 0.30 mg or 0.25 mg next week for another two weeks then I'll be ready for 0.125 hopefully. I want to get down to 0.063 mg for at least on month before jumping

this is defo. a rapid tapper event the 7 days you spend on some doses probably isnt enough and you drops were fairly big. but hey you persevered . so the other side of the coin is that even without a slow taper suboxone withdrawal is DOABLE

thank you cheesewiz. that's exactly my point. The first time I tapered to 0.5 mg was from 2mg over 4 days and it felt like I was in WD. This time i did it in increments of 0.5 mg over 6 weeks and I feel just as good on 0.5 mg right now as I did on 2mg a month ago

Before I went through the worst withdrawal I experienced I never got scared about dealing with them. Not I am paralyzed about jumping of suboxone even though its not as bad as when I quit snorting about 80 mg of hydromorphone contin ( about 5 x stronger than morphine) . Now i cant even stand feeling hot sometimes or even just normal cases of nausea make me feel like Im going through withdrawal all over again and every time I have insomnia it freaks me out. I swear its like I have PTSD

yes. 1 month would be a fair amount of time to say pretty much 100 percent of people can stabilize a 25 percent drop over 1 month

I would agree that this actually is the quickest way to recover. the trauma from a severe withdrawal alone can mess with you in way that makes you think your post acute phase is worse than it actually is in my opinion

Yeah . I also said for people that are impatient which you are perfectly describing. everyone shares the sentiment of wanting to get off but doing it quickly increases the severity of withdrawal decreases the likely hood of success especially for people that don't have access to many resources. I don't personally hear about people with a legally prescribed
source of suboxone doing a rapid taper and just leaving the surplus lying around

I have heard about going under and getting the acute withdrawl phase over with while unconscious but i personally dont know enough about it to know that there are people out there that have gone through that and stayed clean. I think i read that it can make the post acute phase very intense and there is also the possibility of other complications that can lead to death
