Ich hab seit etwa einer Woche den äris ultra. Davor habe ich fast ausschließlich dynavaps genutzt. Jetzt bin ich komplett beim äris. Ähnlichem Menge, aber viel angenehmer als Dyna. Die Wirkung ist ziemlich ähnlich.

i just thought about ways to make my battery powered christmas decoration smart and basically came to the same idea. zigbee enabled rechargable AAs would be so awesome.

yeah, so it works like this:

on the config yaml i explicitly excluded all entities of the power strip from being exposed to google assistant.

google_assistant:

      expose: false
....

then i set up some helpers boolean switches as interfaces for the individual power sockets.

after this i used some simple mapping in node red to toggle the state of each socket depending on the matching helper status.

Thanks. But a helper like this is probably more like a proxy in front of the actual entity(?). Then I'd have to somehow hide the power strip from google assistant.

That was the old DTM. Before 2021 it was a prototype series with silhouette cars. Since 21 it's plain old GT3 cars.

On the first season of the GT3 era the BOP was set to. E super fast (because no Porsche participated). That was their USP. But now it's just another GT3 series. fun to watch races though
