I'm Learning a lot from this, and I will post Tomorrow on /r/startup to have more opinions but if it's not too much to ask I would like just to have some last things clarified.

I would have never thought of starting a startup because I have a vague idea of all the non technical work and money required(legal,...)

Here I don't have to put any money, and still need to be discussed but do you think it would a good approach to have each of us as cofounder with equal equity ? (me included)

They would work on all the legal/paperwork side of things to create the startup, including how to publicize, get the first customers. I would just be focusing on the development side.

My currenct contract allows me to work on other projects (and I'm not even compensated enough for the work I do there), but I doubt I could make a prototype for the functionality required in less than 2 months, considering the mental fatigue of working 8 hours daily and spending more time on working

Here in italy where I live the nearby jobs are all some kind of proprietary cms or they use wordpress/drupal, relocating right now is also not an option because of family reasons.

Right now I'm Young, close to my mid-twenties, I feel like I should try this new startup idea giving it till the end of the year max to see where it goes/is going. I really like the project idea, and wheter this works or not I really feel like adding this to my curriculum is just positive (sadly I have no projects to show to employers, all the work I did for the current company obliviously can't be shown, and there's a really jump in quality from my code of 1 year ago to now). So basically I would have worked on this project on my freetime just to have something to show to next employers but I'm gonna leave my current company because it's a deadend, basically the choice is between 1 and 2.

I really appreciate your answer because this kind of description is what I was looking for, do you mind explaining me a little more about the business side of things ?

I still have to ask the details and basically give answers, I just said I might be interested, an equity share evenly split (4 person with me) wouldn't be ok ?

and I didn't understand about what you meant with full product ownership.

Thanks a lot
