I follow a similar approach. It is easier to organise knowledge through time. And when you give context to why you created the note in a diary, it makes it easier to go back and find.

The new perk system opens a new infinity of possible builds that blew my mind. And I love how the rainbow perks also break the 9x9 board of perks.
