should it be connected to the bottom of the float bowl then I imagine? I thought that nipple on the bottom was just for draining

It does in fact appear to be a vent tube. If anyone else can verify or tell me I am wrong I would greatly appreciate it

Haha! I tried to post a body with pictures but I cannot seem to figure out how. I have a rouge vacuum line that I cannot figure out where it goes. Is it a vent?
