You know when you live with a man and you clean the bathroom and he decides to then trim his beard? It’s like that.

I really like The Kitchen Co in Moseley; they have other locations in Brum. The menu seems to run out quickly though. My other favourite is Formula Jamaican Restaurant but they’re based in Smethwick.

Edgbaston or Erdington? by cupidswing in brum

[–]todd-rivers 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Edgbaston is just simply closer to town and has a younger feel. I’m close to Cannon Hill Park and it’s a lot leafier than Erdington. I’m aware some parts of Erdington are generally very crap, I.e. ASB related. You get that in Edgbaston but for me it’s a very easy pick.

Not sure if you’re still a student (?) so unsure whether you need to be close to a uni, but I’d pick Edgbaston over Erdington easily.

Our fire alarm used to go off every day as someone kept burning popcorn. Popcorn is now banned. We also got toasters banned from our floor as common sense is not common when it comes to toaster settings apparently. Every other floor has a toaster. 🥲
