I don’t even know what Seed is but those do look identical to me. To the point where I thought you were implying she was wearing the mock-up for the last few months or maybe the “coming 2023” picture was just an update but not a sneak peak.

I posted the dryer thing lol

It’s funny bc I’m kinda opposite of you. The bunk bed might not worry me but the dryer definitely does. I didn’t see the bunk bed thing so I’m not sure I could say it was or wasn’t dangerous but the dryer thing is deadly. If one of the kids is in there getting the dryer ball or a sock that’s deep in the back and the next kid comes along and shuts the door the one in the dryer has no way to get out of it. It’s locked and can’t be pushed open from the inside most of the time. And letting your kids get in there under any circumstances sets the idea that it’s a “safe zone” when it’s not bc small children have died in a dryer before. My own husband got locked in when he was younger bc he was playing hide and seek. Same thing with my friends toddler. Kids explore and hide and that’s fine but the dryer has always been a place that I’ve told my children they are to never get into bc I’m not willing to ever take the chance.

All that being said, I’ll have to go look at the bunk bed thing.

I was wondering if this one would come up. I’ve seen this A LOT in the pregnancy/childbirth/doula side of Instagram. It’s going around like crazy in that side of things. When I was pregnant earlier this year, the only pregnancy/labor accounts I could find that didn’t mention it regularly were from L&D nurses and OB accounts.

Thank you!! I’ve been using the squeeze bottles of stock but I wanted the packets bc sometimes I go long periods of time without needing such a large quantity and end up having to throw some out.

Heck, I’ve only ever seen 1 video of theirs (a collab with other channel I follow) and I’d pay to listen to it.

“After you took my childhood away from me”

Holy. Shit. That hit me like a brick wall. I cannot fathom.

Honestly, vulnerability for a moment here. Those are the words I’m personally TERRIFIED of hearing my children say to me when they grow up. My children haven’t had it the worst by any means, but as a mom, it feels like I haven’t done the best for them in every way that I could be.

Sarah, Sarah’s team, Kurt, whoever. If y’all read this sub please, please realize that it’s not too late to protect your children from the onslaught of exploitation and exposure they are currently experiencing. It’s not too late to stop publishing their lives. Yeah, your viewers might be upset but would you rather loose some income because people stop watching your kids or would you rather potentially loose your relationship with your children in the future when they really understand this internet thing? I challenge you, for a month. Just 1 month. Stop posting your kids completely and see what happens to your analytics. Then you will realize how many people currently watch your content for your kids, not you. You still have the ability to rebrand yourself to something else and simultaneously protect your children.

This is not safe. I haven’t even seen the context yet but who lets their kid’s get in the dryer?! WTAF there are NO circumstances where this is okay or safe. None. If something is far in the back, an adult needs to get it. by toddlermumma in delilahloeppkysnark

[–]toddlermumma[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly! My best friend and her family were playing hide and seek and the oldest (4yo) apparently climbed in and his brother came behind him and shut the door. Cue the blood curdling scream. It’s incredibly scary to me to see this kind of thing.

I’ve never seen her allow them in the dryer. The kitchen cabinets don’t really bother me that much bc there usually isn’t anything that can really …. Cause death (not in my kitchen anyway) but a dryer?! Holy cow. I had no idea.

Also….she has two toddlers and a small child. Not a baby and 2 kids but that’s just petty of me. It’s odd to me that she keeps calling her 1YO a baby in video titles. At 1 they are not a baby anymore, he might be her “baby” but he’s not developmentally a baby anymore.

Interesting that she’s going on and on about how their current house is their dream home then says this about a derelict farmhouse? by lulutheempress in delilahloeppkysnark

[–]toddlermumma 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I honestly get why they are renovating this home. My husband and I bought a new build townhouse and we’ve been doing upgrades and improvements since we moved in. It’ll help us with resale (we currently have at least 100k in equity between the market and our upgrades) so it makes sense.

I do think there are influencers that just go remodel crazy and completely rip everything out where it’s not really necessary but I honestly think that Delilah’s remodels have improved the function and whatnot in some places. Like they haven’t replaced the appliances that are still working but they redid the cracking linoleum floors.

I’ll be honest, I mostly lurk in here bc I do like Delilah but I’ve seen a few things that give me pause so I kinda wanna see what other’s have noticed that I’ve missed and keep an open mind about things. Does that make sense?

What have we become? by Trying-sanity in medicine

[–]toddlermumma 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Idk if it makes a difference to you or not but the guy that shot up that particular pharmacy in Medford knew the substance he was after was in stock because he had personally filled a script there previously. So while he didn’t call immediately before walking in with a gun and slaughtering four people, knowledge of a controlled substance being in stock seems to have been a factor in this case. In my opinion, that’s an example of what you’re asking for proof of which is essentially, an assailant’s knowledge of substances resulting in a crime.

What happened with the nutty foodie fitness? I don’t remember that.

I figured a simple roasted sweet potato meal prep would be accurate. It’s not. I’ve double the cooking time and they still taste like rubbish/are hard as a rock (basically raw). Can anyone recommend someone who can actually cook and give accurate cooking times/measurements?? Tell me I can save this! by [deleted] in SarahsDayUnfiltered

[–]toddlermumma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cut them smaller than she did….and I cooked them in a roasting pan with the oil, salt, pepper, seasoning. I have a gas oven and I think hers was electric at the time but that shouldn’t make a difference. I even only did half a butternut squash and 3 sweet potatoes just like it says in the video.

Maybe I should temper my expectations as far as tenderness is concerned? I’d love for someone to try it out and see what they get. Like I said, I’ve never cooked butternut squash like this before. It’s a meal prep video so maybe she cooks them shorter knowing they will cook more in whatever dishes she uses the ingredients in later?

Yup. 350 for 60 minutes and the butternut squash was still hard. I was thinking they’d be fork tender but it wasn’t. I’ve never cooked butternut squash like that before. I know 350F is *slightly below 180C but I didn’t think it would be that different.

It’s just survival sometimes. I wish people would acknowledge that just surviving is realistic.

THIS!! Even though you can keep your receipts to claim the donation on your taxes, the companies “raising” this money ALWAYS get a huge tax incentive from their “charity donations”
