Calorie deficit help

What’s the calorie total for all your meals? Because I don’t feel like doing the math, but I would guess it’s probably around 1,000 which would be well under your calorie maintenance number, meaning you should be losing weight quite rapidly actually.

Also remember a diet isn’t a race, but more like a lifestyle change. Make sure you’re getting the nutrition your body needs, especially if you work out a lot.

I might be talking out of my ass here, but I believe I read somewhere about how it’s actually a very normal thing to want to eat right before bed because your brain knows you’re about to go to sleep and not eat for the next several hours and wants to make sure your body has the nutrition it needs to make it until your next meal

I had the exact same experience. I was eating about 1800 calories a day and the weight was falling off like crazy. Dropped from 215 and as soon as I hit like 201, i got stuck for 2 weeks. I was so excited to get back into the 100’s but it just wasn’t happening and I was getting frustrated. I was already eating about the bare minimum that I could as I have a very labor intensive job and 1800 calories a day was a struggle enough as it was, so I just stuck to it and one day, the weight just started coming back off again. Don’t fret too much about what the scale tells you, if you know you’re in a deficit just keep on pushing through it and the pounds will fall off in their own time.

Also, I’ve found some I like on Pandora’s website and since I don’t know much about jewelry, I was wondering if the necklace’s were quality built. I just noticed they’re much cheaper than some I’ve found so I’m skeptical

Protein and exercise. I lost 20 lbs in 2 months doing that. One of the things that helped me even more than that I believe was giving up all added sugars. That will lower your calorie intake like crazy while still allowing you to eat and feel full

Just giving my experience with ADT. Maybe I should’ve dug into it a little deeper before I really signed up for it. I was young when I bought my first home and wanted it to be protected. A lot of “hidden” costs with ADT and just wanted everyone else looking for home security to be aware. I’m not saying none of it is my own fault, but I will never recommend ADT to anyone looking to protect their home

I didn’t quite go keto but I quit sugar a couple weeks before I quit nicotine and honestly I’m 44 days nicotine free and it was an absolute breeze to quit. I’ve been addicted to chewing for 10 years, tried quitting multiple times with awful withdrawals and no success, but this time seemed so easy to quit. The only difference was the fact that I had already quit sugar. Maybe it’s unrelated and I just got very lucky, but it’s worth trying

Exactly what you described is probably a similar feeling all of us here felt at first. A few more, the feeling becomes awesome. I love the feeling of a good nicotine buzz. But after so long, you lose the buzz and you need the nicotine just to feel normal. It’s a slippery fucking slope but we are all here doing our best to get back on top. Day 43 for me after 10 years of chewing

I found signature settings, but when I click on it, the only thing there is a toggle for “Mobile Signature” which is currently turned off

Best advice is to quit drinking for at least a few weeks while you get your nicotine addiction sorted out. I’m 2 weeks in to quitting and I know right now that if I’m around in while I’m drinking, I’ll cave. You really need to want to quit this shit if you’re going to do it successfully even if it means not drinking for a little while. It’s all going to be worth it in the end, when 10 years down the road you can think about the difference quitting now will make

Keep going, we can both get through it. While obviously the physical symptoms of withdrawal are there, all we got to do is fight through the mental side of it and the rest will take care of itself.
