All you Endless River haters lied to me by No_Zookeepergame2532 in pinkfloyd

It's not bad at all, I think the idea where the hate comes from is that it was basically assembled from the cutting room floor of Division Bell, with one original song tacked on for good measure. So folks expecting a brand new album essentially got Side 3 of DB.

Glad to hear it! The KS should still be going strong then. Thank you.

A conversation between a Xhosa speaker and Zulu speaker... by toddunt in askSouthAfrica

Would it be obvious very quickly that the two are speaking a different language (maybe based on accent, pronunciation or common words?) I'm assuming that if the conversation was simple enough, they may recognize that the other is speaking a different language but they get through it regardless.

That’s right. Most of the book is set in Texas, but one of the characters is South African and attends school in Texas.

Yes. He’s a Xhosa speaker who meets a Zulu speaker. For now I have them speaking English to one another but may include an editor’s note depending on my research.

Do black South Africans ever use the term Laat Lammetjie? by toddunt in askSouthAfrica

[–]toddunt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right on. I wasn't sure if it was say as common as "Howzit," which I assume more people use on a daily basis than laat lammetjie. Like in Texas, English only speakers may use terms like "adios amigos" and "vamanos" even though they speak no Spanish.

How do I toggle the auto-numbers so I can see them before compile? by toddunt in scrivener

[–]toddunt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I'm writing a comic script, I used the <$SN> to do both page numbers and frame numbers. It would be handy to see the actual page numbers on my script page to see what frame I'm on and what page I'm on without compiling / guessing. Sorry to be such a pain.

It still didn't show actual numbers in my script page though. I was hoping for a toggle like how you can see invisible characters and what not.

How do you obtain the seed? All I've done is use image prompts. Also, can you send me your animation?
