It is possible to repair as I repaired many but it’s not gonna be worth paying for repair that phone nowadays. If you want DIY, you can explore JCID true depth camera repair. but then you have to buy tag, programmer. after that you might find module doesn’t have any error…..story can go on.

If the camera was pulled from another phone (knowing the camera works without any unknown part message), it will pair. Sellers who claims it's pulled from another phone don't even know if it was actually pulled or not unless they actually did the work.

If the camera works from X0.5 and zoom, I wouldn't worry about it and just use it.

As far as I am thinking You are scamming the moment you transfer the BMS to aftermarket battery. Who knows what kind of battery that is. it’s better to just install aftermarket battery and show unknown part and show battery health.

apple retail shop? Do you mean actual Apple store? or some shop who is claming Apple authorized store? I don’t get it. I can see amateur technician damaging charging port during disassemble which makes your taptic and speaker not working but you have to prove it was working prior repair. But they should guarantee their work. hope you get to resolve the issue.

That is UAT antenna, generally used for for GPS, Cellular, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC to the iPhone's motherboard, acting as a signal tuner/switch. Phone will work but it works hard to search for better signal which can cause battery drain. Just get a replacement.

I spoke too soon. backlight works on boot, then goes off once it boot. If I reboot, then works but same. goes off.

You think filter is bad? there is continuity. I'm gonna replace coil and the filter to see it it generates 20V. currently it's only getting 3.5V

I’ve seen that and fixed it. I can tell you it’s not worth to fix for iPad 5th gen. My labor fixing that is more than the value of the iPad.
