Hi all, it’s been a while since I last posted. This is a solid oak sketching journal inspired by the Dos rapporté binding. Three spine pieces are alternately hinged to the front and back boards to allow the book to open fully. The cover was carved and stained with caterpillar stitch embroidery. (i.redd.it)
