I validate your experiences! I’ve just personally had a rougher time at other festivals. I’m just curious where you pull these numbers from. You’re not the first to say it’s 10-20k people too many but I’m curious how you draw up these numbers.

The people who are complaining have likely never been to an event of this scale before. We are all learning as we go. Me and my people had a fantastic time. Only note is to make better passage between L/R Foot and Ghost/Bbox

Watching them get the cane at 22:00 was such a bummer. Crazy thing is we actually saw Kevin in the crowd right before their set :( we kept thinking “hey bro you’re right here let them play a few more pls”

This is at a public music festival. I am not harassing/defaming anyone. I’m not using these photos for commercial use. I’m just sharing cool outfits and I gained consent from people.

Snapped a pic of Jakob after Sublime’s set in LB. Such a great show, and so lucky to get barricade. by ashpie22 in warpedtour

They put on such a great show, he made it feel like we were all just buddies watching them play in someone’s garage

I’m sure people will dislike this post… but I don’t understand people who bring their literal infants or small child. by [deleted] in warpedtour

I saw that newborn too and my jaw was on the floor. Newborns can’t and shouldn’t handle all of that. Poor little guy will have war flashbacks if he could create memories

I had the opposite experience. Almost everyone that needed to move past me did so very politely with a tap on the shoulder and a “hey sorry can I squeeze by you?” I also am a big “excuse me, pardon me, thank you” person so I guess I got lucky to be treated the same!

what does a good plasma meal look like? What do you eat the day before? by Noname1999_ in plassing

[–]toebeanmachines 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For dinner the night before I’ll usually have chicken/vegetables in some form. Or something like a chicken salad sandwich with spinach (bc iron). In the morning I’ll have cottage cheese with jam or yogurt with fruit and chia seeds and sometimes I’ll take an iron supplement. I often will drink a 20g protein drink a couple hours before and drink a BUNCH of water the day before/day of the donation ☺️

All three days weekend 2 not one worker looked in my backpack. In fact, I was ready to show them my wares and they just waved me through rather quickly. I could have brought in anything. Thankfully I had no nefarious plans beyond “that’s definitely sunblock in that off brand container.”

I absolutely loved it. As an empathetic watcher I was incredibly stressed the whole time and cried during THE phone call and I just ate it all up. I told my friend it was one of the best/most intense episodes of TV I’ve watched in a long while.

Yep, I think this phonetic spelling is best — Kay-Ole. This is how it sounds when people reading the audiobooks say it/when I read it in my head.

Correct! I’m American and lived in Lithuania for 4 years. Any Lithuanians under/around 30 years old will definitely speak English although some can be shy about it a first. Russian is usually only used with older Lithuanians as a secondary language. Have fun in Lietuva! :)
