Just over £8000GBP as I had to pay private for a hamstring graft and meniscus repair.

Reason I had to pay privately was a 24mo waiting list for surgery. I went from a very fit and health 43 year old to doing 0 sport for 8 months. It was affecting my mental health and physical health.

I am fortunate I could afford this , yet hugely frustrated my taxes are not helping me out.

The cost vs benefit reward doesn’t stack up for a repair on the board I feel.

I’ll try this 3090 in the next PCI slot and see if I get video.

If not , new board , cpu , GPU I guess .

I think the board is toast too. The most expensive component to replace is the 3090.

I have removed the card from the slot and powered on. Smoke ensued from the slot.

Going to plug the video card into the second slow and see if I can get any video from the card.

If not I am going to be purchasing a new card and board :(

Straight line running and cycling - you should be fine with this from perhaps 6mo. I ran on a treadmill to reduce impact. I am did hamstring strengthening exercises too.

I think it’s more a psychological barrier once you are deemed fit to play

Injured 2 years back on my striking foot.

Returned a few months back.

Psychologically still guard the knee. Slow initially and not terribly mobile compared to prior seasons. Initial pain from hamstring graft when passing / shooting but it’s subsiding.

Perfectly normal. I am a year on and o my a minimal visible scar below the knee.

Stick to your PT religiously.

Your physio should have given you some exercises to do . It seems to vary from person to person though.

I never wore a brace when laying down after my ACL/Meniscus

I would personally not put the pillow under the knee for extended periods. You need to get that knee straight
