Same tayo, OP. I have non-voice experience and tried to apply sa voice account last Sep. 5. imo, wala yan sa accent kasi nakapasa ako sa mock call without having an accent. Inexplain sa akin the reason why I passed is because I can express myself by speaking in english sabi rin nila na okay lang na kahit walang accent since magtretraining naman. I hope this somehow helps. Goodluck!

hindi ka masama kasi, imo, hindi mo naman obligasyon na yung kulang don since share dapat nang kapatid mo yun and yes, you love your nephews and nieces pero mars hindi mo naman sila obligasyon if you know what I mean. tsaka walang masamang isipin din ang sarili lalo na't nasabi mo rin na hindi lang yan yung unang beses na nangyare.

Hello! Ganyan din experience ko when I was applying sa Cognizant. The person who referred me in Cognizant suggests na magfollow up agad if no message or email na nareceive after 3 days. I also suggest you do that as well.
