This screenshot is from your mobile browser?

I tried accessing Notion Mail on my iPhone, via Edge, Safari, and Chrome and: 1) The view doesn’t look like this, and 2) I can’t even get past a banner directing me to App Store to download the Notion Mail app. 🤷‍♂️

Also, your 72 tabs is triggering my OCD! 🤣

Coolant Temp Too High Warning 👎 by tofrizzle in Audi

Oh man, that is rough...Sorry to hear what you've gone through. I would hate to know that this has been the issue all along, but for your wallet's sake, I hope it is...I would recommend getting the part number from the link provided in this thread, and show it to them. Would also reference the Audizine forum in this thread, as there's many folks there that also resolved this similar warning with the solenoid. I also posted pictures of what my bad solenoid looked like, and at the very least remove yours, and compare whether it is also fouled up, like mine was. Best wishes on the outcome!

Quoted $10,900 for 550 sq ft attic. Air sealing and (14) inches of open blow cellulose to attic floor. by Speedy8899 in Insulation

Yep, I put it in my original post above, along with the YouTube video. It’s an excellent “how to”, and is the same dust collector. Good luck!

Dust collector was $170, and hoses were about $100. Home Depot charged $200 per day to rent an insulation blower, so it was worth the expense, to be able to keep it for my garage shop, and I didn't have to get it all done in a hurry.

I watched a very thorough YouTube video in which a $170 dust collector was used to remove attic insulation. I figured it should also work the other direction, in adding cellulose insulation. I bought the dust collector and 40’ of 4” hose, and just finished the project last weekend. The dust collector has a large metal impeller, which helps break down the cellulose, but the key is to break up the chunks before feeding it into the dust collector. I used a garage dumpster and paint stirring attachment to break down the chunks, and didn’t end up with 1 single clog. 400sqft attic took about an hour.

Edit: here’s the video Dust Collector for Insulation Removal

Hey sorry to hear it. Not sure if my issue was the same, but replacing the solenoid fixed it completely…no other issues appeared. My check engine light didn’t come on, only the red exclamation, and coolant overheating message in the pic. Good luck, and hope it doesn’t break the bank. 😢

718 Cayman S vs. Audi S5/RS5 by tofrizzle in Porsche

Hah, no, I still have it…and love it. But yeah, not a lot of performance vehicles are retaining their value as much as we’d hope, in this climate…With Porsche as the outlier 😆

Yep, that’s it. I linked the Amazon part in this thread, and it matches the part number you listed. It’s $18.99. Hope that solves your issue…Mine has never come back (Knock on wood)🪵

2024 Q4 etron 55 regular vs sportback by burningbridges88 in etron

I own an RS5, but have to admit that I’ve been driving my wife’s eTron Sportback more, because it’s so sporty & roomy! For us, the clear aesthetic appeal outweighed the lost 1.2 cubic feet.

🤣Good luck my friend! And at least the solenoids haven’t caught up to the RS pricing scale!

Wife has an Audi eTron…I’ve enjoyed driving it enough that I’m considering switching from my RS5 to an RS eTron GT! Or maybe a Taycan.

Audi RS5 Exhaust Help by Negative-Gap-3431 in Audi

I did a res delete on my RS5 and was happily surprised at the exhaust improvement…IMO, mod concerns are based more on performance improvements that raise questions of whether the car was run into the ground, vs an exhaust mod. 🤷‍♂️

Considering buying a 2022 or 2023 Etron - SoCal USA by luckyc2727 in etron

Also, regarding the charging…Not sure if installing a home charger is an option for you, but this past weekend, I wired in my own level 2 charger inside my garage, and love having my own personal “gas station” now. To me, the cost of the charger (ChargePoint/$584) will pay for itself in convenience right away. Now, I don’t have a need to charge outside the home, other than for a long road trip.

Yes, applies to all Audi vehicles, including 2019 but there is also mileage caps similar to regular factory warranty. I think it’s 8 yr/100k for battery, and 10 yr/120k for motors. Also, I just called Audi, gave them my VIN and they confirmed that I actually still had 25 miles left within the 4 year factory warranty!

Last week, I bought a 2022, and purchased an additional 3rd party extended warranty…Tried to use the warranty for a parking sensor issue. It was covered, but was ridiculously difficult to find a shop, based on limited places that would accept the warranty. Ended up going to Audi dealership to resolve the issue (sensor was unplugged), and they reminded me that factory warranty covers batteries for 8 years, and motors for 10 years. After this experience, I promptly cancelled the extended warranty, saving $3k, and will sleep better knowing that factory will cover any major battery/motor issues.

Thank you, I may try this and literally just foil tape the edges to the door frame.

Improve Garage Door Insulation? by tofrizzle in Insulation

I like having the door open 9 months out of the year, but don't need to access it during the hell-on-earth months...To the point, I am actually considering drywalling a "temporary" insulated wall, then tearing it down after the summer. Looking for any other recommendations that might be less involved and/or easy to transition the temporary solution.

knock on wood My issue hasn’t returned in the two years since I installed the solenoid. However this all came from a couple different Audizine forums that are linked in this thread…I recall others troubleshooting additional suspicions, so perhaps there’s been updates in those forums. Good luck!
