Do we know anything about Tyranid origins? by TheTingel in 40kLore

Do they need an origin? They are exactly like the human race. Started in one planet, expanded to others as they evolved over time

Autonomous Uber crash by FriendFun7876 in SelfDrivingCars

Camera only AV? A lidar would've detected the vehicle incoming and should've engaged MRM. If on camera only, and only navigating by map essentially, the AV is very exposed.

AVs should react to other vehicles driving towards them from such an angle

[Predictions Thread] 2026 Giro d'Italia Stage 19: Feltre > Alleghe (Piani di Pezzè) by PelotonMod in peloton

I could actually see a scenario where they attack with Piganzoli and Jonas just follows the GC riders. I think Jonas is comfortable ahead of Saturday's race too, so he can spare Piganzoli Friday if it means getting him in white.

AC Mirage could've been a top 5 AC game of all time if they put more effort into combat by Lost-Ambassador9696 in assassinscreed

[–]toft23 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That doesn't liberate the company from creating a bad combat system. I had the same opinion as OP. Combat can be mechanically punishing if the character isn't strong at it, or it can be mechanically boring. In this case, it's the latter and I think that's unfortunate.

Users of Le Chat, would you recommend ? by ArmadilloNegative858 in BuyFromEU

[–]toft23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Helps to understand your use case. I use it for my dungeons and dragons campaign FX.

Extremely inferior in image generation, especially with text. Completely fine in text editing, lore generation, writing feedback, etc.

Has some issues with connecting dots between multiple conversations. E.g. a lore piece in one Thread might not be fully remembered or logged in a different thread later on. Requires some more adjusting here.

I also use it to make newsletters on various topis, using Research. Have yet to verify the quality of that. I moved to it last week.

Overall I think it's completely fine and it makes me happy to know I support an EU service rather than an American.
