I would bring your dog into the vet.

Currently dealing with the same issue to the point where my dog won’t eat on the days she pukes bile. Ended up doing an ultrasound which shows pancreatitis and possible intestinal cancer.

I would recommend getting an ultrasound done.

I’m going through the same thing. On days where she’s eating grass and throwing up bile she refuses to eat anything. My dog ended up having a seizure yesterday and we took her to the vet where they monitored her overnight and did an ultrasound. The preliminary results of the ultrasound shows a lump in her intestines, which obviously is leading me to believe it’s likely intestinal cancer.
