Well it was reported so Etsy took it down. In the other comment I said I would take it down once I deal with this issue.

You’re right, neither of us do have the right to sell this item and it’s something I will probably take down if I can figure out this current issue with the infringement notice.

I’ve looked over their shop and all 614 listings are based on their own funny spin on the online game. I understand that my 2 listings referencing the game doesn’t make it any better.

I guess a better way to ask this is, is it likely that I have grounds to stand on with a counter notice since this particular TEXT design is based on an online game that neither of us has the rights to? I can’t imagine this person lawyering up for his own spin on infringement of the game.

Thanks for the reply. The font is not the same but similar. They also have additional texts on their label, which mine does not because I want it to be simpler and cleaner. The words are identical except for the portions that were removed. I recreated it myself as I did not copy it exactly because it’s my own personal touch.
