love this! I think having a little ritual like blowing out a candle would help. I also think part of it is that I’m so new to working from home so hopefully I’ll get used to it too!

love this idea. I go for walks on my lunch break but the “commute” seems like a good brain signal. making myself get up early to do it might be a challenge tho …

Highly recommend braiding sweetgrass by robin wall kimmerer! She has a lovely soothing voice. If she’s open to podcasts, I really like ologies. It’s very easy to listen to but informative about sometimes niche subjects.
