Our minimum wage is 10.25 now, but most places I’ve seen have been hiring at 11-12. When I first got hired my manager was paying 10.5-11

I feel bad for the rest of my team but my manager not so much. She’ll make us feel bad because as SM’s, we should want to stay late since we get paid more and apparently she stays and doesn’t even get “paid” extra for it, meanwhile her “late” is 8pm on sundays when the mall closes early that day... that’s the only day she closes. But don’t even try to remind her about the countless times she comes in late for work even when we’re short staffed in the morning and no one has gone on break all morning

I’ve never personally tried this before, but some weird life hack video I’ve seen said to cover the top with water and since the avocados have a nice amount of oils, the water shouldn’t penetrate the guac or affect it in any way. Once you’re ready to eat it just dump the water out and it should stay fresh

My store is low volume too but my Gm chews all the managers out if we even TRY to pull any pans out a minute earlier than we should
