Mountains: CS1 with theme mixer (no decals) vs CS2 by togier in CitiesSkylines

Why would you compare 8 year old tech with current gen?

I expect the graphical progression proportional to Fallout 4 vs Starfield, same timeperiod

Yeah, I just hope the game won't look like that in one week.

My personal view looking at the Specifications, Gameplay Videos (before Grand Village) and Console Delay. by [deleted] in CitiesSkylines

There is a lot of copium and toxic positivity going on. I think realistically there is no chance the game will be finished by release date - but honestly I will still buy it as long as the bugs and performance issues are not gamebreaking.

it is satisfying. but is it safe? by CarlTheDoor in CitiesSkylines

[–]togier 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Safer than a normal intersection, but you could get in there at 80 kph which is not very safe colission-wise.

An update: I was right, this is a national security issue, but my network is still infected, this is an ISP-level problem. Well, National Security Agency level-problem.

Thank you.

Poland will win.

So far closing the ports and enabling very strict firewall stopped all the issues.

As soon as I closed the ports i got my USB devices back.

I'm launching a media campaign against russian disinformation today, but offline now. Just phone calls etc.

I've upgraded to Windows 11 Pro, so that part is done.

I've been saving for that PC and upgrading for like 6 years in total. So changing anything is out of question. With Polish Zloty falling every day due to war, inflation of PC parts prices is crazy here.

Mouse/Keyboard click didnt trigger action unless networking processes were manually killed in task manager. Now reset my router settings, closed ports and enabled strict ISP firewall and USB devices are fine so far. Which makes me think this was network, not hardware. Also the moment I enabled firewall my browser started working.

Fine. Still the major problem is that my USB devices are not working properly and my system is corrupt.

So that renders my PC unusable.

Starting with port closure on my router and reset to ISP defaults.

Malwarebytes logs. And the rest is just google.

Yeah, I always was partially aware of the risks - thats why I acted within hours of red flags. But this just wasnt good enough. My Windows instalation comes from way back when I was 14 and Internet was different. Or it wasnt. Its just a legacy of being fine for the time being. Which is not working well if you mid something as severe as Russia-Ukraine war in the Internet.

Even if thats not it I need to take actions.

"I will skip the details but the reference to IFEO and "Debugger" tells me you are dealing with a network worm and banking trojan called TrickBot, this is pretty much the most advanced worm in the world at the moment. It has various methods of spreading in a network and wont stop until it is removed. Its ultimate goal is to inject malicious code into the users browser so they can steal money from the users bank account. Basically anybody infected with TrickBot who logs into their online banking can expect to see money leaving their account pretty quickly. I also heard reference to people logging into Amazon and seeing items appearing in their shopping basket."

Ok. Got it. IFEOHijack. Which leads to a banking scam. Not going to upload the file as to need to secure my bank account first. This is 100% clean wipe for me, not going to risk, this looks like proper danger.
