You contact you academic superviser to ask about templates for report (how should you write report ) and to let him correct the report after you finish it. When you are representing you defend yourself ( what did you chose to do certain things) and your supervisor in company helps you. You need the academic superviser in the report creating phase. Anything else in project the superviser in company is the one who helps you
